Enam’s Jiten Doshi raises corporate governance concerns at Sun TV

MUMBAI: Sun TV Network NSE -1.89 %’s minority shareholder Enam Asset Management Company, represented by co-founder and Chief Investment Officer Jiten Doshi, on Friday raised concerns over corporate governance at the company following a sharp cut in dividend for 2020-21.

Doshi, a revered asset manager in the industry, called the dividend payout by the company for the previous financial year a ‘rude shock’ and a ‘joke’, as he pointed out that promoter Kalanithi Maran did not take any cut in the commission paid to him by the company for his services.
