Xiaomi confirms it’s working on Redmi Note 8 2021 version

Xiaomi has been rumoured of working on a 2021 model of its Redmi Note 8 smartphone. The company confirmed this officially through a tweet announcing that it has sold over 25 million units of the Redmi Note 8. Xiaomi teased the arrival of Redmi Note 8 2021.

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 8 back in 2019, and we’re currently on the Redmi Note 10 series. So it’s quite surprising that Xiaomi would bring back an old phone in a new avatar. But it looks like the company wants to ride on the success of the Redmi Note 8 that is still quite popular.
