Gaming firm Lakshya Digital to set up Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru

Pune: Lakshya Digital Pvt. Ltd. will add up to 200 people at its newly set up studio in Bengaluru as the game art creation company seeks to create a Centre of Excellence in India’s Silicon Valley.

The company, one of the largest gaming process outsourcing companies globally and among the biggest game art creators in India, has identified a few focus areas that would help strengthen its presence globally.

“We have identified two-three areas where we want to build competence globally—like hard surface modelling, vehicle creation and animation,” said Manvendra Shukul, chief executive officer at Lakshya.
