Demand for cloud-based workforce at an all-time high
Despite a dip in overall hiring, demand for cloud technology talent is at an all-time high, a trend accelerated due to the pandemic. The ongoing second wave of Covid-19 cases is only amplifying this demand, pushing salaries by as much as 100%, as more businesses seek to move to cloud platforms.

A mid-level executive with skills in cloud and work experience of up to 10 years is now getting job offers of about a crore compared with Rs 40-50 lakh per annum, according to a survey conducted by Xpheno.
