Google will soon roll out a feature that makes it easy to view related links
Internet search giant Google has reportedly started testing a new feature in the Google app that shows related links more easily.
As per a report by 9to5Google, this feature has been rolled out in the app 12.4 beta version, where users will be able to swipe up on the bottom bar with a new pull tab. The tab that opens is titled “People also view” and has a Google logo on the top.
In this tab, users will be able to see a feed of articles and videos related to the Discover or Search link that they have already opened. This includes full-width cards as weak as carousels, adds the report.
Earlier this month, Google rolled out ax new feature that allows users to get more information about a website that they are about to open. As part of this information, Google will show a description of the website from Wikipedia. In case a website doesn’t have a Wikipedia description, Google says that it will show users additional context that may be available, such as when Google first indexed the site.
