Microsoft is adding news and interest widget to Window 10 taskbar

Microsoft is adding new features to Windows 10 taskbar. The company has started rolling out news and interest widgets for the taskbar.
The new widget will give users access to the news feed, weather information, stock information and more right from the taskbar.
The feature will work without the need of any third-party app or software, just like the People widget the company added a couple of years ago.
The company is relying on its MSN news service to curate news in the widget from over 4500 sources.
According to the company, the new widget is customisable. Users can choose from different genres, weather details and more as per their need. Also, they can simply click on ‘More stories like this’ or ‘Fewer stories like this’ to customise the experience.
