Cognizant India’s profit dipped 11%, revenue rose 2% in 2019-20: Tofler data

Mumbai: Cognizant Technology Solutions India has reported a 11% fall in net profit in FY 2019-20 from the previous financial year, according to financial data accessed by business intelligence platform Tofler. The company reported a net profit of Rs 5,455 crore during the fiscal.

The company’s revenues for the financial year 2019-20 stood at Rs 31,050 crore, a 2% increase from the last financial year. The company’s total expenses for the fiscal were Rs 23,452 crore.

Former India Managing Director, Ramkumar Ramamoorthy’s total remuneration in the financial year was Rs 14.7 crore including stock options.
