Microsoft, Sony and Nintedo joined hands to make online gaming safer

The gaming console market leaders — Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo have come to an agreement on online gaming safety guidelines and moderation for cross-platform gameplay support to ensure safer gaming. The three companies posted the same post on their respective websites simultaneously on how they are planning to moderate the players’ safety for their respective platforms.
“Protecting players can be challenging digitally and often instantaneously connected world. This partnership signifies our commitment to work together to improve player safety and ensure gaming remains truly for everyone”, reads the posts. The post also mentions that “Protecting players online requires a multidisciplinary approach – one that combines the benefits of advanced technology, a supportive community, and skilled human oversight.”
According to the post, there are mainly three guidelines for the players safety — Prevention, Partnership and Prevention
