Amit Burman’s Poker Sports League goes digital ahead of third season

Dabur NSE 2.16 % India chairman Amit Burman-owned Poker Sports League (PSL NSE -10.00 %) is set to return in a virtual avatar in its third season after Covid-19 pandemic disrupted the on-ground plans.

Burman, promoter and chairman of Mind Sports League, which owns PSL, told ET that the company has already tested the production capability by organising a virtual charity poker event.

“With our charity event last month, we have tested out the production capabilities. While we have already hosted two seasons of PSL, this time, it will allow us to engage the viewers and keep the excitement high over a longer duration by hosting it online,” said Burman.
