New Trai chairman to meet all stakeholders, firm up plan for sector, consumers

New Delhi: PD Vaghela, the new chairman of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai), has outlined his vision for the regulator, saying it would “do its best for the sector and the consumers”.
In his first official comments since taking over on October 1, Vaghela told ET that he was studying all issues at hand, and would firm up his plan of action in the coming weeks. Vaghela was previously the pharmaceutical secretary.
