The company has introduced a new service called ‘Alexa for Residential’, which not only makes it easier for property managers to set up smart home experiences in their homes but also for the residents to customise their homes.

Amazon says that with Alexa for Residential, residents will walk into a ready-to-use, Alexa-powered smart apartment with no account or device setup required.

For residents, this newly launched service would ensure that they don’t have to purchase or set up any devices or even have an Amazon account for turning their homes into a smart home.
