OnePlus to launch affordable smartphone in India

New Delhi: Chinese premium phone-maker OnePlus, on Tuesday, announced that it is set to launch a more affordable product line in India and Europe markets.

“I’m very excited to announce that we are bringing the premium, flagship experience that you’ve come to expect from OnePlus to a new, more affordable smartphone product line,” OnePlus Global CEO Pete Lau said in a blogpost.

OnePlus India’s new Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Navnit Nakra, this month, had exclusively told ET that the objective behind the new strategy is to ‘share technology with more users.’
