MeitY launches AI portal, youth program to build AI projects

New Delhi: The government has launched an online artificial intelligence portal to share developments in the sector, including research reports, startups, companies, investments, AI-related educational institutions and job openings in the sector.

IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, on Saturday, launched the digital solution, www.ai.gov.in jointly developed and managed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and industry body NASSCOM.

The Minister also launched “Responsible AI for Youth” to empower them with appropriate new age tech mind-set, relevant AI skill-sets and access to required AI tool-sets to make them digitally ready for the future.
