Kashmiris repeat previous lockdown options along with social media to stay indoors

With a second lockdown in less than a year, people in Kashmir are generally these days repeating various options which include book reading, playing indoor games, and watching lots of television to kill time at their homes, as they did in the previous one. The only addition this time round is using internet and social media with 2 G speed.

“The lock down in Valley is more intense this time due to its medical angle than the one which was imposed last year post abrogation of Article 370. This time we are not able to visit our next-door neighbors even due to COVID-19 fear, Fazil Ahmed, a student from Hazratbal area said.
