OnePlus 8, 8 Pro launch event: Highlights

Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus has launched its next flagship smartphone–the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.
The OnePlus 8 comes with 5G support and features a display with 120Hz refresh rate. Both the devices are equipped with the latest Android 10 operating system layered with Oxygen OS. For the first time, OnePlus is adding wireless charging support and IP68 dust and water resistance rating. While the OnePlus 8 is said to have a 6.55-inch screen size with 90Hz refresh rate, the Pro model may come with a 6.78-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both the devices are said to come with 30watt Warp Charge 30T support.
The OnePlus 8 Pro may be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor along with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. We also expect that the handset will be launched with 6GB RAM as well.
