Genpact’s chief growth officer Ahmed Mazhari to join Microsoft as Asia head
Genpact’s Chief Growth Officer Ahmed Mazhari is joining Microsoft as head of its Asia business, a source with direct knowledge of the matter told ET.
Mazhari was responsible for for Global Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Alliances, and the Transitions function for client engagements.
“Ahmed Mazhari has been valued member of Genpact’s global leadership team for many years. He has made a huge contribution to the success of the business. On behalf of the entire Genpact team, we would like to thank him for his work, and wish him every success with his future plans,” NY ‘Tiger’ Tyagarajan, chief executive officer, Genpact, told ET in an emailed statement.
Mazhari has spent over 16 years at Genpact and over six years at GE Capital. In a response to ET’s questions, Genpact did not state who would be taking over his role at the company.
