3 cyber fraudsters arrested from Bihar

The Odisha police have arrested three cyber fraudsters from Patna in Bihar for duping a resident of Dhenkanal of over Rs 40 lakh on the pretext of arranging dealership of Reliance Petrol in his name.

The accused Akash Kumar (21) of Gangapur in Nalanda district, Subham Priyadarshi (19) of Sijua in Gaya district and Kousheldra Kumar alias Lallu (23) of Chakwai Warisaliganj in Nawda district were arrested November 29, informed Crime Branch, informed Crime Branch ADG Santosh Upadhyay on Monday.

At least 16 mobile phones, SIM cards, laptops, pen drives, dongles, cash of over Rs 8 lakh, cheque books, 47 ATM/Debit cards, notebook, driving license, Aadhaar Cards, PAN cards and several other incriminating documents were seized from their possession.
