TRAI to hold consumer outreach programme at Baikunthpur on Dec 5

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has been undertaking various activities to educate the telecom consumers.

The activities aim at creating awareness among telecom consumers and other stakeholders about the various initiatives taken by the TRAI in recent times to protect the interest of telecom consumers, and taking feedback.

As part of the initiative, the TRAI, will be holding a consumer outreach programme at Hotel Ganga Shree, NH-43, Bhattipara, Baikunthpur, in Koriya district of Chhattisgarh on December 5 from 2.15 p.m. to 4.15 p.m.

The programme will serve as an important interface between telecom service providers, consumer advocacy groups and telecom consumers. The Consumer Outreach Programme will be attended by the representatives of state government, all the telecom service providers like Airtel, BSNL, Idea, Reliance Jio, Vodafone, Tata etc, consumer advocacy groups and consumers.
