Future iPhones may get a ‘glowing’ Apple logo at the back for notification alerts
For now, Apple iPhones usually light up the entire screen or just vibrate or ring the alert sound whenever you get a notification from an app. Unlike most Android smartphones it doesn’t have an LED notification light to give any visual indication of a notification. However, that may soon change and that too in typical Apple-style. The iPhone maker may finally put the Apple logo at the back of the iPhone to good use and it plans to do that by simply changing it from a mirror finish logo to a glowing one. The logo is said to glow indicating that you have received a notification.
Although there’s no confirmation on this, what puts some weight on this piece of information is the new-found patent that was published by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). As per the patent, Apple won’t just make the logo glowing but is also considering to give users the option to customise it by letting them choose colors as well.
