Share market update: Telecom shares gain; OnMobile Global rises 6%

NEW DELHI: Telecom shares were trading with gains in Monday’s afternoon session.

Shares of OnMobile Global (up 6.66 per cent), Vindhya Telelinks (up 6.61 per cent), Sterlite Technologies (up 5.54 per cent) and Tata Communications (up 4.98 per cent) were the top performers in the index.

ITI (up 4.14 per cent), Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (up 3.82 per cent), Bharti Infratel (up 3.01 per cent) and Optiemus Infracom (up 2.80 per cent) too were trading with gains.
