Apple XR’s successor spotted on benchmarking website, processor and RAM revealed

If you have been following the smartphone market, it shouldn’t be surprising to know that Apple is once again set to introduce three iPhones this year. One of them is the successor to last year’s iPhone XR. The name of the upcoming device is not confirmed but the handset is being widely tipped as the iPhone XR (2019) or perhaps iPhone 11. While we will probably see the official launch of the smartphone on September 10, the details about it have been hitting the web in all forms. The latest is the benchmark result of the iPhone XR (2019) on the GeekBench website.
The website shows that a smartphone named ‘iPhone 12,1’ has gone through the benchmark test, revealing a couple of specifications. The handset is seen with a model number ‘N104AP’. Why it is being said to be the upcoming iPhone XR is because a report from Bloomberg back in May mentioned that the device was internally codenamed as ‘N104’ while in July 9to5Mac mentioned that the next-gen iPhone XR will have a model number ‘iPhone12,1’.
