OnePlus reveals some smartphone features it is working upon
OnePlus has recently rolled out several OS updates to its newest OnePlus 7 Pro and older OnePlus 6, 6T, 5 and 5T handsets. However, they’re not yet done as the company has revealed what other features it is working on. While some are being worked upon, some still seem in the discussion stages. All of this has been mentioned by one of the forum staff members in a post. The smartphone maker has shared a list of queries coming from forum members and have answered it.
It has been mentioned that OnePlus is ‘looking into’ features like horizon light customisation for OnePlus 7 Pro and ability to implement folders in the app drawer. The firm is also working on OxygenOS support for adaptive icons in the OnePlus launcher. On asking why the background application pauses during quick reply in the landscape mode, OnePlus replied it is working on a ‘new way’ to improve user experience.
