IIM-C unveils programme for IT sector professionals

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has introduced a long duration programme on Competing on Digital Mindsets (CDM).

According to Priya Seetharaman, Programme Director, the one-year programme, which will commence in July 2019, is the first of its kind as it has been curated keeping in mind the requirements of people from the IT industry.

“Most of the digital transformation programmes currently on offer address the needs of people from the core sector. This programme has been designed and curated for people from the IT industry only or those in IT-related role in core sectors,” Seetharaman told BusinessLine .

The aim of the programme is to equip participants with the ability to think about technology and business differently — such that they can re-wire client organisations enabling them to become agile in technology and business.
