We’re betting on unconventional talent to help Genpact grow: CEO

BENGALURU: Genpact has brought in 25 people from outside to help build its management pool, as it begins to place bets on unconventional talent to help the company grow.

The people were chosen not for existing experience or current knowledge but for risk-taking abilities, the company’s CEO NV Tyagarajan told ET. This is part of the business process management company’s ‘Leadership Direct’ programme, which will train about 100 people
