Products supply, after-sales service to remain unchanged in India: Asus

NEW DELHI: Taiwanese mobile phone maker Asus Thursday said that its products supply and after-sales service for products would remain unchanged for all consumers in India, following the Delhi high court verdict restraining it from selling or advertising devices and accessories under the trademark Zen and Zenfone.

“The supply of Asus smartphones, notebooks and other products, as well as technical support and after-sales service for all Asus products “remain unchanged” for all consumers,” it said in a statement on Thursday.

The company’s statement has come on the back of Delhi high court directing the maker of the device to discourage selling of products which are identical or deceptively similar to the trademark Zen and Zen Mobile, on a plea filed by Telecare Network on Tuesday.
