BSNL partners local entrepreneurs to provide Bharatfibre connections in rural homes
NEW DELHI: State-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has come up with Digital Gram Sewaks initiative as part of which local entrepreneurs in the rural areas are providing Bharatfibre connections to the rural homes, using BSNL’s network.
Under the initiative, BSNL customers are given speeds upto 100MBPS and options of daily data download ranging from 5GB to 50 GB per day are available.
The company in a press release on Tuesday said that the local partners will be given revenue share for maintaining the last mile connectivity to the customers.
