Here’s when Microsoft may launch its new Xbox consoles

Tech giant Microsoft may be planning to unveil new Xbox consoles at the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo (or E3) this year. E3 2019 begins on June 11 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and will run till June 13. According to French gaming news site JeuxVideo, the company will be unveiling two new systems that would be the Lockhart and Anaconda consoles. Both of them have been leaked before. Lockhart is rumoured to be the lower-end console with no disk tray while Anaconda is being said to be the high-end variant.
A report by The Verge said, “We likely won’t get pricing details or product names, but we’ll certainly get some official confirmation of the two devices Microsoft is planning to release next year,”. The Verge was quoting JeuxVideo.
“The news lines up with the company’s slow and steady approach to unveiling its future console roadmap following the launch of the Xbox One X in fall 2017,” added the report.
