JioGigaFiber effect: Airtel giving 1,000GB bonus data to broadband customers
NEW DELHI: Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio is expected to start its home broadband service — JioGigaFiber this year and other telecom operators are already facing the heat of the upcoming competition. Recently, BSNL revised its broadband plans make them more lucrative and now Airtel is offering a good deal for its broadband users. Country’s leading telecom operator Airtel has announced that it is giving bonus data to its broadband subscribers on select plans.
Airtel broadband plans come with the validity of one month, six months and a year. The service provider is giving bonus data benefits on some select plans across all its telecom circles. The bonus data benefit is available on the starting plan of Rs 799 and it goes upwards from there.
Airtel users who opt for the Rs 799 plan per month will get 500GB of bonus date from the company. The plan offers the FUP limit og 100GB at a speed of 40Mbps. On the other hand, under Rs 999 plan the telco is giving 1000GB bonus data. The plan has the FUP limit of 250GB with a speed of 100Mbps.
