5G: Existing licensing & regulatory framework needs to be evolved, says Trai’s Vaghela
NEW DELHI: The country’s policies mainly the existing licensing regime and regulatory environment should be evolved in order to ascertain benefits of the low-latency fifth-generation or 5G technology, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) chairman PD Vaghela Wednesday said.
Vaghela was speaking at the second-day of the fourth edition of the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC) 2020 organised by the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), a Delhi-based group that represents Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea.
