5G adoption to unlock wealth of opportunities for India’s tech talent pool: Report

A significant percentage of companies in India believe the advent of 5G will herald a transformative era in the world of work, unlocking a wealth of opportunities for India’s tech talent pool, says a report. According to the report by staffing company TeamLease Services, over 80 per cent of respondents believe that IT and banking and Financial Services will benefit from the 5G technology in terms of job creation and upskilling.

The report titled “India’s 5G rollout: Revolutionising the People Supply Chain” is based on responses of over 247 companies on the impact of 5G on the ecosystem and employment generation.
