Rejects BSNL’s complaint against Indus Towers

Competition Commission of India (CCI) rejected BSNL’s complaint alleging that Indus Tower is using its dominant position by denying access to the telecom towers in its Kolkata circle. In its complaint, BSNL had asked CCI to investigate the abusive conduct of Indus and impose penalty for violating the provisions of Section 4 (2) (a) (ii) and 4(2) (e) of the Act.
