NSEIT acquires global cybersecurity company Aujas

COIMBATORE: NSEIT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), has announced the acquisition of Aujas Networks (Aujas), a global cybersecurity company, for an undisclosed sum.
NSEIT will help Aujas scale its services and capabilities, with a strong focus on helping customers stay ahead of IT (information technology) security challenges.
Founded in 2008, Aujas provides information security consulting and IT risk management services with operations in India, Middle East and North America.
“Aujas has 400 skilled cybersecurity professionals and over 390 customers globally. The service portfolio includes information risk advisory, identity and access management, threat management and security analytics,” NSE said.
NSEIT provides a range of IT services to the exchange ecosystem, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) for close to two decades. “Cybersecurity is key to secure the exchange ecosystem and BFSI.
