DoT’s land in Tata’s possession since 2002

In gross violation of the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) rules, the DoT on December 16, 2016, has re-appointed the same officer on the board of Tata Communications Ltd (TCL), for the third time. This person is Saurabh Kumar Tiwari, DDG (E&F), DoT. He was first appointed on TCL’s Board on 09.08.2011, re-appointed after three years, and now once again re-appointed in 2016 for three years.
