BSNL: Massive Misreporting of Financials

The board of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) in its recent meeting held on September 27, 2016 has approved the financials for the year 2015-16. It shows marked improvement over the previous financial year 2014-15. But, on close scrutiny, one can find massive misrepresentations.
