Zoho says Freshworks intentionally accessed database in new complaint

Software as a Service (SaaS) startup Zoho has accused rival software firm Freshworks of intentionally accessing its database without authorization and obtaining information through one of the latter’s employees, in a fresh complaint filed last week in a US district court.

Zoho has also sought a discovery process into the “scope of Freshworks’ unauthorized access” to investigate if other employees have committed more such actions.
