Today’s World Yoga Day and to mark the occasion, there is nothing better than a good workout session with the right music and moves. Now, many of you might be working out and not necessarily doing yoga because it is not intense enough, but it can be, if it is done right. Also, yoga can help you recover from an intense workout session as well. So, it’s not just a workout.
“Unlike the popular belief that Yoga is a workout, it’s actually not just a physical practice but a spiritual one. You learn a lot about yourself, through your body on the mat and that knowledge comes in handy in other spheres of life too,” said Delhi-based yoga expert, Nidhi Mohan Kamal.
