Stop using these two popular Adobe tools
Software giant Adobe has announced the end of life for two popular tools– Acrobat 2015 and Reader 2015. The company has announced that it will stop supporting these two products from April 7 next year. So, if you are using these tools it is highly recommended that you to shift to some other productivity tool as Adobe will not provide technical support and security updates beyond that date.
“It is strongly recommended that you update to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. This will ensure that you benefit from all new functional enhancements and security updates, not to mention support for newer operating systems. Technical support for Acrobat 2015 will also be discontinued,” said the company in an official post.
Without security patches, these tools can be used to exploit system integrity by attackers and even lead to personal data leak or even remote malicious file injections. Adobe is also offering an upgrade to Acrobat DC in the Value Incentive Plan for existing users.
