Startups and fintechs bet on Reliance Jio
NEW DELHI: They are either in their late 20s, carrying great business ideas or have decades of work experience and still waiting for the right time to start something of their own. However, in both the cases, these startups are looking for funds, infrastructure, space and whatever they could get to execute their idea. India’s multi billionaire and internet giant, Mukesh Ambani is a big home for such startups and FinTechs.
In the 42nd Annual General Meeting of RIL, Mukesh Ambani announced that Jio would partner with Microsoft to accelerate the digital transformation in India. With this partnership Ambani will let start-ups use the Azure platform of Microsoft. It will extend a helping hand towards FinTech start-ups in order to give the world some of the best technologies found in India.
