Share market update: Media shares under pressure; Zee Media falls over 2%

NEW DELHI: Media shares were trading in the red in Monday’s afternoon session.

Shares of Network 18 Media & Investments (down 3.13 per cent), Zee Media Corporation (down 2.78 per cent), Dish TV IndiaNSE 2.03 % (down 2.77 per cent)and Eros International Media (down 2.52 per cent) were the top losers in the index.

TV18 Broadcast (down 2.03 per cent), TV Today Network (down 1.63 per cent), PVR (down 1.23 per cent)and DB Corp (down 1.05 per cent) too were trading with losses.
