RIL 2021 AGM today: Timings and what shareholders may want Mukesh Ambani to talk in his speech

Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries is set to hold its 44th annual general meeting (AGM) today (June 24). This will be the second virtual AGM for the company as the world’s continues to battle Coronavirus pandemic. The AGM will be held at 2 pm through video conferencing and other audio visual means (OAVM).

RIL’s annual report for the financial year 2020-21, comprising the notice of the AGM and the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements, along with board and auditors’ reports and other documents required to be attached were sent in electronic mode to all shareholders of the company with registered email addresses.
