Peppermint gets Rs-5 crore funding from Venture Catalysts, others

Chennai: Peppermint, an industrial robotics startup, has raised Rs 5 crore in a funding round led by Venture Catalysts and Indian Angel Network along with participation of Vinners Group and a clutch of angels led by Castrol India’s former CEO Naveen Kumar Kshatriya.

The fresh capital will be utilised for ramping up the production capacity. A part of the funding will be earmarked for research and development (R&D) as well as expansion in India and the Middle East.
