Mphasis to focus on four pillars for growth in FY22 and beyond

Pune: Mphasis NSE 3.56 % Ltd. plans to pursue a strategy of focusing on four pillars to drive growth in the ongoing financial year and beyond, its chief executive has said.

The mid-sized IT service firm will continue to focus on expansion of capabilities, geographic presence, leadership and creating a portfolio of IP-driven AI/ML innovation.

“The big leap in the adoption of digital engagement is fuelling the whole move to the cloud because you can’t consume tech in a five-year capex-driven model any more,” CEO Nitin Rakesh said. “You have to be able to do it in a much more agile fashion. We are making a pretty significant investment in understanding how you can use data and some form of intelligence around the data to drive decisions.”
