The postpaid subscribers require to visit the nearest Vi store along with important documents like passport size photographs, proof of identity, and proof of address. At the store, you will have to fill a postpaid to prepaid migration form and attach the required documents that help in verification. After a successful verification and clearing of any outstanding bill, the store representative will issue a prepaid SIM costing Rs 10. In 2-3 hours (approximately), the prepaid SIM will be activated, and the subscriber will have to do the first recharge at the store itself.
