Google is killing Keep Chrome app ahead of others, here’s when it will stop working

Although Google has already confirmed that June 2021 will be the last month for Chrome app support on Windows, Mac and Linux, it will be killing Keep Chrome app before in February itself. This announcement comes from the Keep app’s support page. “Support ends for the Google Keep Chrome app in February 2021 when we move Chrome apps to the web,” says the first line of the page.

As reported by 9to5Google, the Chrome app appear in the Chrome OS shelf on in your Mac/Windows docks. However, it has started showing up a statement in Pink. “Keep will be moving from the Chrome app to your browser soon” banner. In addition to a “Learn more” support document, users have the option to “Update to keep.google.com.”
