Banijay takes full control of content firm Endemol Shine India

MUMBAI: Global entertainment giant Banijay has acquired a 49% stake in Endemol Shine India from media sector-focused venture capital fund CA Media to take complete control of the content studio, solidifying its position as the largest independent content studio in the country.

Prior to the acquisition, Banijay held a 51% stake in Endemol Shine India.
