Yuho Mobiles eyes Gurugram, Tirupati for second plant

Yuho Mobiles, owned by the Chinese firm UCT, will set up its second plant at Gurugram or Tirupati with an estimated investment of ₹80-100 crore.

“We are currently evaluating proposals on where to locate the facility. We might do it at the existing facility in Gurgram. We are also considering Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh. We will take a call in 90 days,” Keshav Arora, Director (Sales) of Yuho Mobiles, told BusinessLine.

“We have invested ₹100 crore in India so far. This and the additional investments we will make in the new facility will be part of the ₹500-crore outlay we announced for the country. We will deploy the funds in the next two years,” he said.
