VNO: For Whom?

Telecom Commission has agreed with the report of a Department of Telecommunications (DoT) committee approving the policy framework for the introduction of new level of competition through the Virtual Network Operator (VNO). Earlier, the DoT in turn had agreed with all of Trai’s recommendations of May 1, 2015 without any. Now, TC recommended policy is with the government for final approval. Once approved, it will become government’s VNO Policy.
