Rs 3,050 cr penalty on E1 delays to R-Jio

Rohit is a 19 year old, he passed his Class XI and makes a living by selling fruit on a roadside stall in the Punjabi Bagh area of west Delhi. He starts his business activity as early as 6.00 am. For the last few months, he has been merrily downloading and watching, movies, songs while attending customers. He uses Reliance-Jio services. Initially, free for few months, Rohit says his download activity has not come down even after R-Jio started pricing it as it is very affordable.
