MNP requests touch 30 cr

In January next year, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) scheme will complete its 7th year of operation. Data shared by Trai till the end of August 2017 shows that a total of 30 crore requests were received for number porting. That means, in 79 months it is an average of 38 lakh porting requests per month.
