H-1B Visa has been in the news ever since the Donald Trump took over as the President of the United States. Recently, a study done by National Foundation American Policy (NFAP) said that there was a sharp rise in rejection of H-1B petitions in the fiscal quarter immediately following Mr Trump’s announcement of restrictive policies in 2017 and also showed more Indians were turned down than others.
